About me

I am currently in my senior year as a Visual Communication Design (VCD for short) student at Eastern Washington University. I love poster design, logo design and layout design. I have always had a passion for creating and expression. I love learning and continually growing to improve myself in all aspects of my life.

I get a lot of my inspiration from different design eras. My favorites include Art Deco, Art Nouveau and Swiss/International Style. A handful of my favorite designers include Alphons Mucha, Paul Rand and Briar Mark. My favorite photographers include Ansel Adams and Thomas Barbey.

In my free time, I enjoy traveling (especially flying,) hiking, photography, fishing, video games, swing dancing and driving. I also enjoy weightlifting, running and participating in Spartan Races.

After graduation, I hope to find a job in advertising or marketing. I aspire to eventually move to a managerial position where I can apply the leadership skills the Army has taught me.
